LEAT® · Learning Experiential Agile Transformation
Most agile rollouts start with slides and a training calendar. LEAT starts with a table full of LEGO®. Teams and leaders run a delivery system in simulation, see where it breaks, and fix it together. What they agree on at the table becomes the principles they take back to work.
Why it works
Run a delivery system for real, in hours instead of quarters. New behaviour is practised on the table, not explained on a slide.
Everyone builds and everyone speaks. It brings out what people already know about their organisation and turns it into shared principles and goals.
Build, Experience, Reflect, Adapt: our own PDSA loop. Every round ends with a change the group chose itself.
One round at the table
Teams build the product and the system around it: roles, flow, agreements.
Run it against the clock. Dependencies, handovers and waiting show up on the table.
Look at what happened, not at what the framework says should happen.
Change one thing and play the next round. Improvement becomes visible within the session.

We bring the LEGO®, the robot, the LEAT table and the kanban boards to a venue of your choice. This talk includes the walk: everyone plays. Also bookable as a team or company event.
